IGERT Retreat Agenda

IGERT students and faculty:

The agenda of the retreat is as follows:

9:30 - Continental breakfast and check-in
10:00 - Self introductions (5 minutes each)
11:00 - IGERT overview of research program (Professor Wolfson)
11:45 - Lunch break
12:30 - Depart for boat tour
1:00 - Chicago Architectural Boat Tour
2:30 - Depart for Sears Tower
3:00 - Ten-minute snapshots of four departments and potential IGERT collaborations/areas in the CATS/NIPC Conference Room
3:30 - Overview of IGERT educational program (Professor Sloan)
4:15 - Next meeting and announcements (Professor Wolfson)


NOTE: Everyone that has responded to prior e-mails has been included on the Sears Tower Security list. If you did not let me know you are coming, you should do so AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Furthermore, you will need to bring picture identification with you to Sears Tower (driver's license, passport, and/or state personal ID). Two pieces of ID is preferable. Those with only a green card or similar non-official identification will not be allowed into the Tower.

For those who have indicated that their spouses will be attending the boat tour, please re-confirm their attendance given the time change as soon as possible so that the appropriate number of tickets is ordered.
